A message from the Principal of St Hild College

After a demanding but very fruitful term at St Hild College, we are looking to the coming academic year. St Hild currently has over 150 students across all our courses. Since March we have been teaching all our modules online. We plan to return to physically gathered teaching in the autumn, but will continue to have some fully online options to widen access to study. We offer:

  • Introductory courses in Biblical Study, Discipleship and Mission
  • Certificate, Diploma, BA and MA awards with Durham University (Common Awards)
  • Teaching in Sheffield, Mirfield, York and online
  • Anglican Ordination Training, Baptist Ministry Training and further study for church leaders
  • A new Church Planting Track, with Christian Selvaratnam our Director of Church Planting and Revitalisation
  • A new Mission on the Margins Track, in partnership with Urban Life
  • Bursary funding by arrangement

We would love you to have a look at our new prospectus.

There’s also a 3-minute Summer 2020 video, including student testimonies.

With blessings,

Mark Powley
Principal, St Hild College
